Operations Specialist

Responsibilities:

Team Collaboration: Work closely with various team members across different departments to lead and coordinate the execution of complex projects and company initiatives. Hold team members accountable for their contributions.

Problem Solving: Analyze current operational challenges and bottlenecks, and use your problem-solving skills to propose effective solutions.

Automation Development: Develop and implement complex automations using tools like Zapier and Make to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our services/products or to connect teams and information seamlessly.

Data Analysis: Create reports and analyze performance data to draw meaningful conclusions and suggest actionable steps to improve performance.

Assistance Across Projects: Assist in various tasks and projects within the company, including process improvement, roadmapping, and any other necessary tasks to help the team succeed.

Qualifications:

Required: 1-2 years in the digital marketing industry, with familiarity in marketing agency operations including process management, reporting, data analysis, and automation development.

Preferred: 3+ years of experience in a startup marketing agency, particularly in automation, data analysis, and product development, with some experience in team leadership.

Platform/Software Experience:

Required: GHL, Zapier, Make, Google Sheets, Excel, ClickUp (or similar), G-Suite, Zoom, Slack.

Preferred: Facebook Ads, Email Marketing Platforms, CRMs, SQL databases, Google Data Studio/PowerBi.

Technical Skills:

Required: Marketing/Lead Generation Data Analysis, Project Management, Automation Creation, Spreadsheet Report Development, Critical Thinking, SOP/Process Creation, Soft Skills (communication, collaboration, problem-solving).

Preferred: Custom scripting/automation, landing page development, Ad campaign management, email marketing automation.

Education/Certifications:

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related Business field (Required).

Certifications: Any relevant marketing certifications (Bonus).
