From music teacher to marketing maestro, Bell’s journey began at the onset of COVID-19 in 2020. Investing thousands of her own money into testing marketing theories and concepts, she inadvertently launched her own agency, initially working with local businesses before specializing in the Med Spa/Spa industry. Demand increased, and soon she was serving clients across Canada and the US, helping spa owners sell over $3 million worth of high-ticket service packages. Joining forces with RGM was the next step to revolutionize the spa marketing industry.

As the Director of Marketing at RGM, Bell oversees all marketing strategies and client campaigns. Her goal is to set our clients apart from the competition by implementing the best strategic approaches for their success. Her leadership drives the creative direction and strategic planning that empower clients to thrive. She’s fascinated by psychology and the subconscious mind, which she considers her marketing superpower.

When she’s not crafting marketing magic, you'll find Bell playing the flute and piano, exploring the outdoors, or doting on her amazing little boy as a new mother. Bell has a deep love for learning, with a particular fascination for quantum physics and the mysteries of life.

Professional Background:

Evan has been working in the marketing industry for more than 8+ years, with experience in marketing campaign & funnel creation, operations and system development, and team leadership.

Role at RGM:

As the Director of Operations, Evan leads a team of project managers, vendors, technical professionals, financial personnel, and others to develop, execute, and improve all of the “behind-the-scenes” components that make up the RGM machine, allowing the company to drive towards its mission of maximizing client success and experience. Our team of ambitious, detail-oriented, problem-solving people make what RGM does possible!

Evan is half-Canadian and half-Texan, loves the Loki streaming series, the gym, and outdoor sports and activities, including pickleball, disc golf, and sand volleyball.

Professional Background:

‍After completing her degrees in Political Science and Communications, Jenny initially planned on pursuing a career in law. However, her first job after college was at a Customer Contact Center for a Wireless Company, where she discovered a passion previously unknown to her. Since then, she’s dedicated the majority of her professional career to honing her skills within the Call Center environment. She began as a phone agent, working her way up to supervisor, then to head of each department, and eventually became head of operations. At each stage of her career, she’s learned how to drive organizational performance, regardless of its size.

Role at RGM:

Joining RGM was the natural next step in her career progression. Jenny’s goal is to build upon existing structures and successes while establishing processes that will allow the business to be scalable and agile in meeting client needs. The focus and balance for the Customer Contact Center will be understanding the needs of clients while providing world-class customer service and support to their customers.

When she’s not working on things for RGM, you can often find Jenny curled up with Kai, her 9-year-old Great Dane, reading a book. Or you may find her working on a remodeling project around the house. If you are lucky and can swing by on the weekend, you will find her & her husband working in the kitchen making their next favorite meal from whatever inspired them that week.

He plays a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities, conducting in-depth research, and collaborating closely with clients and strategic partners. His leadership is instrumental in increasing client lifetime value, reducing churn, mitigating risks, and advancing AI technologies.

Beyond his professional endeavors, Bryan is a dedicated family man who enjoys watching movies and exploring various interests, including marketing, history, science, technology, and space. A self-proclaimed nerd, he loves going on walks and cherishes quality time with his family.
